How we work: Committees, meetings and networks
- Operations Committee
UCL’s Operations Committee is one of UCL’s formal committees. Members include the Heads of Professional Services, Faculty Directors of Operations and professional services representatives from Vice-President and Vice-Provosts Offices.
The role of Operations Committee includes overseeing and providing strategic direction for the Operations portfolio, monitoring progress on operational plans, and reviewing and escalating operational risks or decisions to the University Management Committee.

- Professional Services Leadership Team (PSLT)
PSLT is formed of the Heads of Professional Services, Faculty Directors of Operations and professional services representatives from each of our Vice-President and Vice-Provosts Office.
Chaired by the Vice-President (Operations), PSLT meets every month to share information across the group, to encourage collaboration and to share knowledge and good practice across UCL.

- Professional Services Leadership Group (PSLG)
PSLG membership comprises of PSLT and their direct reports, and Professional Services staff at Grade 10 and above.
Chaired by the Vice-President (Operations), PSLG meet approximately twice a term with each meeting focussed on either UCL-wide issues, or external issues that impact upon UCL.

- Departmental Managers Network
The DM Network is a forum of Departmental Managers who lead and manage the operation of a UCL department within Faculties.
The network meets monthly via MS Teams and in-person once a term to share best practice, knowledge and experience, provide peer support, collaborate across Faculties and provide feedback for UCL-wide projects and initiatives.
