Kevin Argent
Director of Estates Development
Kevin has responsibility for development and delivery of the Estates Strategy, the Capital Programme along with Property and Space at UCL. Kevin also leads on UCL’s Major Projects Portfolio that includes UCL East on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the Institute of Neurology and Dementia Research Institute on Grays Inn Road
Kevin’s team collaborates at all levels within UCL and is responsible for all property management including landlord and tenant, lease management, rent, rates and service charges. Programme and Project management for construction projects, commercial procurement and consultant framework management, design standards, master planning, design development including developing and securing funding for our future capital plan together with the programme and project management of prioritised lifecycle and change projects.

Chris Shore
Director, Capital Projects
As Director of Capital Projects, Chris assumes overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the Capital Programme and maintains responsibility for leading and managing the delivery of a range of complex capital and small works projects including new builds, refurbishments and improvements across the UCL estate.Georgia Cullis

Helen Bonneville
Director, Property and Asset Management
Helen oversees UCL’s acquisition and disposal of properties. Helen manages the Space and Property team, who take a strategic view of the UCL estate and maintain spatial data on its buildings.
UCL’s estate is comprised of owned and leased buildings housing teaching, research, and residential spaces. Together these are the home of UCL.
