UCL Human Resources provides professional support and advice to more than 14,000 colleagues across the university on a range of people-related matters. We also offer a full spectrum of in-person and online development programmes and bespoke activities.

UCL Human Resources is the central team which provides people services to the whole university and supports local HR officers as well as Faculty and Department Managers. We are based in Bidborough House..

The team is split into sections, each led by one of our directors. These are:

Payroll and transactional processes are managed by HR Services and who are part of the PS Hub.
