Welcome to the UCL Professional Services Hub! The PS Hub brings together key customer support & transactional services across a variety of centralised functions, including HR, Finance, One Desk & IT. Our teams are committed to delivering high quality & efficient services and providing our customers with a great experience.

PS Hub HR Services

The PS Hub HR Services team provide advertising, contract administration, payroll, reporting services for HR data, and access to HR systems. Find out about HR and staff development at UCL.

PS Hub One Desk


The PS Hub One Desk team consists of HR, Accounts Payable, MyFinance, IT Services, Room Bookings, and Switchboard. They provide a centralised point of contact for all members of UCL for a wide range of services provided by the PS Hub.

PS Hub Finance Services


PS Hub's Finance Services team are responsible for transactional finance functions within UCL and support UCL staff with NHS billing, credit control, suppliers and accounts payable as well as expenses, student fees and financial control. Find out about finance at UCL.

PS Hub Business Operations Services


The PS Hub Business Operations Services team delivers a connected and consistent approach to operational, executive and administrative services to all VP Operation Divisions and VP Offices. The team are specialists in finance, procurement, facilities coordination, diary management, office management and EA & PA support.​

PS Hub Automation and Operational Excellence


The PS Hub Automation and Operational Excellence team works across all teams within the PS Hub to improve the services offered. Using innovative solutions and technology we improve and streamline processes, put customers at the centre of what we do and empower our teams to make positive changes.
