The Organisational Development team contributes to the UCL mission by providing the opportunities and tools to support our leaders, staff, and research students to achieve excellence, build careers, and play their part in changing the world for the better.

We seek to support a positive experience for staff and research students at UCL. We do this through using surveys to understand what life at UCL feels like, ensuring our new staff are well taken care of, and bringing the community together to celebrate success.
