Ways of Working

The UCL Ways of Working for professional services is a behavioural framework that supports colleagues to be successful and happy at UCL through sharing expectations around how we work. The framework enables individuals, teams and leaders to set clear expectations, support development, have quality conversations and be their best in the workplace. UCL Ways of Working Awards

UCL Professional Services conference 24 June 2019.

As part of the conference, there will be prizes presented to UCL colleagues who have excelled in the Ways of Working areas of Personal Excellence, Working Together and Achieving our Mission for individuals and teams. Awards will be announced at the Professional Services Conference 2019.
