Our interactive user guides will show you how to use MyHR. To access the user guides, please do the following.
- Visit the UCL Knowledge Centre
- Create a new account (insert a username and password)
- Once you have created an account and logged in, click on ‘UCL Knowledge Paths’ from the left-hand menu options
- You will then be able to see the full list of MyHR user guides. Please note: Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service are likely to be the guides of most relevant to all employees
Please note: The user guides may also be referred to as ‘UPKs’ which stands for User Productivity Kit.
