The IOE Student Helpdesk team is here to help with any information or advice that you might need once fully enrolled onto your programme at UCL's Institute of Education.

Please note that until further notice the helpdesk will be run remotely and will not be manned.  You will still be able to contact us via email at the usual email address: ioe-studenthelpdesk@ucl.ac.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.   

Our usual term-time working hours are:

Monday9.30am to 5.00pm
Tuesday9.30am to 5.00pm
Wednesday9.30am to 5.00pm
Thursday9.30am to 5.00pm
Friday9.30am to 5.00pm
