Project Active: Sessions for all

If you’re looking to try some beginner friendly exercise classes, Project Active is for you! Just pick from a range of activities, turn up and have fun!

Project Active, hosted by Students’ Union UCL, can help you to find a physical activity you enjoy and kick-start the way to a healthier you! Most activities take place on campus, so you can easily fit classes around other commitments.

To take part, all you need to do is find the class you want to attend and book your place. All classed are booked on a pay as you go basis, depending on availability.

For all activities, there’s no commitment, no judgement and so experience needed. All classes are beginner friendly, inclusive and lots of fun!

Project Active also runs postgraduate and women’s only focused sessions – these allow you to be comfortable and exercise with your peers.

  • Hula Fit (Women’s only)

  • Pilates (Postgraduate)
  • Barre Concept (Women’s only)
  • BOX HIIT (Women’s only)
  • Mindful Yoga
  • 5-a-side Football
  • Social Squash (Postgraduate)
  • Netball (Women’s only)
  • Touch Rugby
