Support and Wellbeing Services

Our team of expert wellbeing, disability and mental health staff provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to discuss any issues that may be affecting your ability to study. All of our support services are free of charge and open to UCL students of all levels.

Contact us

  1. askUCL: submit an enquiry online to find the guidance and answers to your questions.
  2. Visit the team: talk to us in person between 10am and 6pm on weekdays.
  3. Student Support Phone Lines: call us and speak to an adviser 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

MMR vaccination

The UCLH Outreach Service is offering a vaccination against measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) on Tuesday 04 February and Monday 10 March 2025. If you have not had this vaccination, drop in on the day or book to guarantee your spot.

SoRA application deadline

The deadline to apply for a Summary of Reasonable Adjustments (SoRA) for the Main Summer Central Assessment period is Monday 07 April 2025 at 17:00 UK time. If you need adjustments for central in-person exams, visit our webpage to submit your application.
