askUCL is our new student enquiry system and self-help centre designed to streamline the way we handle your enquiries. If you can't find what you're looking for, just askUCL.
System performance issues
These are being investigated currently and we apologise for any impact this is having on receiving responses to your enquiries.
askUCL during the Easter break
The askUCL student enquiry service will continue to be available throughout the break.
During the closure period around the Easter weekend, urgent student welfare enquiries will be prioritised, so please bear with us if it takes a little longer to receive a reply.

- Submit the form and a copy will be generated and sent to you
What askUCL means for you
If you can't find the answer to your question on the students site, then askUCL provides a comprehensive knowledge base with answers to students' most common questions. The FAQs let you quickly search for answers based on categories and key words so you can get the answer you're looking for quickly and easily.
Raising an enquiry
If you can't find what you're looking for in the FAQs then you can raise an enquiry directly through askUCL - no more searching for the right email address or being passed from department to department - askUCL automatically sends your enquiry to the correct team. Even if your enquiry relates to multiple teams, you'll only have to give us your information once as askUCL keeps a record of everything you've told us.
Tracking your enquiry
Every enquiry will be given a unique tracking number which will allow you to track the progress of your enquiry within askUCL. At any point you can see which team is currently dealing with your request and what action has been taken. There are also clear service level agreements for different enquiry types so you know when you can expect to get an answer.
Re-opening an enquiry
If you don't feel your issue has been resolved, or if the same issue re-occurs, you can easily re-open your enquiry within askUCL.
