  • Trending FAQs – contain up to date information and follow the academic year 
  • Quick Links – easy access to forms to contact student support services 
  • Type in a keyword to access 600+ self help FAQs containing links to UCL webpages

Need access to askUCL?

Once you have received your pre-enrolment email you will be able to generate your UCL MyAccount which will give you access to askUCL and other UCL systems, within 24 hours.

Forgotten your password?

If you have already used MyAccount to register your mobile number and/or your personal email you will be able to reset your password online.

Contact the ISD Service Desk if you have not set up the MyAccount self-service or to resolve any issues you are experiencing accessing UCL systems.
