If you have set up the mobile password reset (MyAccount) service you will be able to reset your password online. If you have not set up the MyAccount self-service you will need to contact the ISD Service Desk on +44 (0)20 7679 5000 to resolve any issues you are experiencing accessing the system.

askUCL is an information hub designed to streamline the way we handle your UCL-related questions and enquiries. With a large bank of FAQs available and staff on hand to help with your enquiry, you will have your questions answered in no time.
askUCL is quick and easy to use, just follow these simple steps:
- Log-in to askUCL
- Click on "Ask a question"
- Type in any key word linked to your question.
- Find an answer to your question in the FAQ bank
If there’s no answer to your question, click on Log an Enquiry and somebody in the team will be in touch with a response.
Get access to askUCL
Once you have received your pre-enrolment email you will be able to generate your UCL MyAccount which will give you access to askUCL within 24 hours.
