International students

The International Student Support team helps international students settle into life in the UK and make the most of their time at UCL and in London. These pages provide practical guidance on healthcare, banking, transport and safety, as well as information about the International Student Orientation Programme (ISOP).

Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Ridgmount Practice

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the walk-in service at Ridgmount Practice (UCL's partner GP surgery) is being suspended until further notice. Patients are advised not to attend the surgery without a booked appointment. All students needing to be seen should call +44 (0)20 7387 6306 to book an initial telephone triage appointment.

If you're concerned or anxious about the virus, please read our advice about coronavirus (COVID-19).

Visit the Ridgmount Practice website for further information.

If you are a new student, please ensure you also visit the New Students webpages for useful information and checklists to prepare you for your arrival at UCL. See the New Students webpages.
