Sometimes we forget how easy it is to spread some good vibes around us. Remember that it can take as little as 2 seconds to turn someone’s day around through simple gestures.
Pick a few of our favourite acts of kindness to try today:
Smile at someone just because
Bake cookies for your neighbour
Donate to a food bank
Send a friend or family member a card in the post
Be a good listener
