Vinyasa Flow Yoga coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.  An invigorating 45 min class that will help develop your strength and flexibility. 

Classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
No previous yoga experience needed, but as classes are held remotely, please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.

Equipment: 
You’ll need around 2m x 2m area of space. 
A yoga mat, but if you do not have a yoga mat, that’s ok you just need to find somewhere with a soft surface/a non slip rug or towel. 
You should be able move/swing your arms around when standing, as well as be able to stretch your arms out wide either side of you and overhead when lying down.
