University Mental Health Day: Mindfulness

Mindfulness is a training in attention which helps us to develop the ability to be in the present for longer periods of time instead of being distracted by our thoughts. This session is a short introduction to mindfulness. We will spend 45 minutes together learning how to use mindfulness in our daily lives.
