Start your day with a morning yoga flow that will use your breath to align your body and mind and grow in strength and flexibility. Beginners are more than welcome, and join the class a few minutes early if you want to introduce yourself to our Instructor, or ask any questions!
A word from your Instructor:
Hey, my name is Kirty and I’m a Vinyasa Yoga teacher and I have been practising for 10 years and teaching for 4 years. My style of teaching is fun, light-hearted and playful with a safe blend of flow and alignment.
Bring a mat if you own one, and make sure you have enough space to fully stretch your body!
Please note this class is not demonstrated instead you will be instructed through each movement.
Classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
No previous Yoga experience needed, but as classes are held remotely, please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.
You will need:
- around 2m x 2m area of space.
- a yoga mat, but if you do not one just find somewhere with a soft surface/a non slip rug or towel.
