Just like we train our bodies, mental fitness training works our minds. Inspired by Headspaces mindfulness in sport program, this session will help you build the performance mindset you need to reach any kind of goal in life.
Managing Pressure. Focus. Resilience. Confidence. Together, they make up the four pillars of Performance Mindset. This session will give you a further understanding of these areas and will be hosted by UCL Mindfulness society and UCL Kickboxing lead Miguel.
Once you sign up a Zoom link will be sent to you 24 hours before the event. The session will run for 90 minutes with a short break in the middle. You will need to have your camera on for the workshop.
