Online barre concept (Postgraduate)

Barre Concept is a low impact class which combines the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga and the grace and technique of ballet to build strength, muscle tone and flexibility. No experience of ballet, yoga or pilates is required to attend.

It’s a great way to see other people and to do something active from home!

Get yourself aligned! Perfect for beginners who want to gain strength and flexibility while improving their posture. 

Equipment: You’ll need a chair to hold the back of for some of the exercises and a yoga mat, if you have one. Please ensure you have enough space to move around, roughly 2m x 2m
