Online Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. In this class you will move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses that challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

This class is not demonstrated, instead the instructor will talk you through each movement using language that emphasises how each pose feels, combining Yoga philosophy with physical practice.
Classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.
No previous yoga experience needed, but as classes are held remotely, please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.

Equipment:
You’ll need around 2m x 2m area of space.
A yoga mat, but if you do not have a yoga mat that’s ok you just need to find somewhere with a soft surface/a non slip rug or towel.
You should be able move/swing your arms around when standing, as well as be able to stretch your arms out wide either side of you and overhead when lying down.
Joining Instructions:
You’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app. You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom, just the joining link.
Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll receive a link in your booking confirmation email.
