Electronic resources

To access electronic books, articles and databases, please always use Explore.  Some electronic resources can only be accessed through this route.  Where a UCL login is required, this will be presented when you follow the link from Explore.  For more help, visit the E-resources help page.

Library closures

All UCL libraries including the Student Centre are closed until further notice. Please note that we are not accepting any new library membership applications at this time.

Returning books

All book loans have been automatically extended until Friday 5 June 2020 in the first instance. There is no need to return books that are already on loan however if you wish to do so you can return books in person to the Front Gate Lodge in Gower Street (opposite the Cruciform Building). You can also return books via post to our address listed on our contact page. Books will not be removed from your Library acount until we re-open. You will not be fined or penalised when normal Library services resume.
