Senate House Hub

The Senate House Hub provides a variety of study spaces, including spaces for group work. This space can be used by UCL postgraduate research students and staff.

Senate House Hub Closure

The Senate House Hub will close on Friday 24 May, following a strategic review of leased spaces. All other study spaces at UCL are available to postgraduate research students including dedicated spaces such as the Graduate Hub behind the Print Room Cafe, the Research Grid in the Science Library, and the Science Library Postgraduate Cluster Room. Senate House Hub is located on the 3rd Floor of the South Block of Senate House. There is lift access from the ground floor, opposite the reception desk.


About the Hub - Study Facilities

Senate House Hub provides 144 study spaces for postgraduate research students and two bookable group study rooms.


The Hub can be accessed by UCL staff and UCL postgraduate research students using their ID card.

IT Services

  • 10 all-in-one Desktop@UCL workstations.
  • Wifi connectivity is available throughout the Hub's study areas.

Printing, Scanning Photocopying

The Hub has print@UCL devices for printing, scanning and photocopying.
