Compliments and Complaints
We welcome feedback and take complaints very seriously. If you wish to make a complaint about your experience of and Estates service, we ask you to try first to resolve the matter informally, in consultation with the team manager. If the matter remains unresolved following an informal discussion, you may invoke UCL's centralised complaints procedure. This procedure is available to students or prospective students, to staff or prospective staff, to employers of UCL students or graduates, and to members of the general public.
