For urgent requests outside of normal working hours, calls are diverted to the UCL Security Control room +44 (0)20 7679 3333 or UCL ext 33333.

We welcome all feedback and complaints as this helps us to improve the service we provide to the UCL community and to all of our customers. If you wish to provide feedback or complain about your experience of an Estates service, please email Estates-Feedback@ucl.ac.uk.

Any queries or concerns over the delivery or response to your work order, please, contact your Area Facilities Manager

We take all complaints very seriously, complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and an initial response will be provided within 5 working days. If you are making a complaint please provide as much relevant detail as you can to assist us in addressing the issue in a timely and comprehensive manner.
