Customer helpdesk

The Estates Customer Helpdesk is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact the team on 020 7679 0000 or UCL ext 30000; alternatively, you can email efdservices@ucl.ac.uk. For urgent requests outside of these hours, please call UCL Security on 020 7679 3333 or UCL ext 33333.

PLANNED WORKS:

Maintenance is being carried out on our District Steam over the weekend between the hours of 08.00hrs and 18.00hrs. During this period some buildings may experience lower heating and hot water temperature than normal. Buidlings/Areas that are going to be affected are Chadwick and Gustav Tuck LT (Wilkins Building).  There is a possibilty that the buildings will be colder on Monday as it will take some time to warm up the buildings.  We will endeavour to complete the works on time so there are no disruptions to services on Monday.

We welcome all feedback and complaints as this helps us to improve the service we provide to the UCL community and to all of our customers. If you wish to provide feedback or complain about your experience of an Estates service, please email Estates-Feedback@ucl.ac.uk.

Any queries or concerns over the delivery or response to your work order, please, contact your Area Facilities Manager

We take all complaints very seriously, complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and an initial response will be provided within 5 working days. If you are making a complaint please provide as much relevant detail as you can to assist us in addressing the issue in a timely and comprehensive manner.
