If you need additional space you will need to raise a project request with the Estates Space Development team. No works should be carried out within the university without approval from UCL Estates.
Project requests to be submitted via e-mail to Portfolio Services
Estates will soon be launching project requests on MyCampus. This will involve transitioning how department-funded project requests are made from the Cora portal to the Project Request tile on MyCampus.
In order to facilitate the transfer of live projects from Cora to MyCampus, the Cora portal will be turned off on 1, October 2024. From this date until the launch of the Project Request tile on MyCampus please e-mail if you have an urgent project request related to health and safety, compliance or a reasonable adjustments/disability acts project requests. We will provide you with a form to capture your requirements so that your project can be progressed.
Once the transfer has completed you will be able to see your project on MyCampus under ‘My Service Requests and Projects’, please note the project will have a different reference number.
We expect the new site to be up and running by the end of October 2024.
Immediate health and safety issues or office moves should be raised as a service request via MyCampus where the Maintenance team or porters will be able to assist.
Read our UCL Guidance on the maintenance and refurbishment of buildings before you undertake any works
Projects carried out directly by departments will not be compliant with our health and safety procedures and will be in breach of The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. > UCL Guidance on the maintenance and refurbishment of buildings
