If you are an enrolled student and have unexpectedly found you have nowhere to stay, support and help finding somewhere to live is available.
If you have become, or are at risk of becoming, homeless and need support finding alternative accommodation, please contact the Students' Union UCL Advice Service using their contact form. The Advice Service can signpost you to relevant sources of help and information, and support you with application processes as needed.
By submitting an application for 2022-23 via the UCL Accommodation Portal you will join the waiting list for UCL accommodation. Places are not guarenteed, but if possible, rooms will be allocated based on availability, maximum week rate and stated preferences. As the waiting list is subject to availability, it is not possible to provide a time frame for when a place will become available. You are strongly advised to also look at alternative options.
You can contact the University of London Accommodation Office who provide information about intercollegiate accommodation.
You can also contact University of London Housing Services who have links with accommodation options in the private sector.
For short term emergency accommodation there are a number of Youth or other Hostels around London.
