Engineering

Study Abroad opportunities for students studying in the Faculty of Engineering Sciences for 2024-25.

The number of exchange places available at each of our partner institutions is negotiated on an annual basis, which means that it does fluctuate. Changes can be made to exchange numbers, or agreements can be pulled altogether, with very little notice. Please do remember this when you're thinking about your exchange options and remember - the key to becoming a Global Citizen is to have an open mind! Due to the UK’s departure from the Erasmus programme, arrangements with some of our partners are still in progress

If you have questions about the universities you are interested in, please open an enquiry via askUCL. Our partners kindly ask that you do not contact them directly.

Our How to Decide Guide has been designed to help your research and you should take time to read this before you begin to consider your university options. The guide includes practical information on the application process and reflective questions to help you establish which universities will best meet your personal and academic goals. The key to a strong application is to diversify your preferences list and consider a wide range of factors in your university research.

Below is a list of the exchanges open to your programme and you will submit your application through the central application process to us, the Study Abroad Team. Please be advised that this list may be updated without notice and when completing your applications, you should list a maximum of one Ultra High Demand and one Very High Demand institution (see pages 8-10 of the How to Decide Guide for more information). Once you have decided which institutions you would like to apply for, find out how to apply for your preferred exchanges
