Below is a list of common forms and where to get them signed. You may be able to digitally submit the relevant forms via askUCL.
The Student Enquiries Centre may be able to complete some official forms for you if the information required is held on your central student record. You can call into the Student Enquiries Centre during our opening hours to ask us to sign them, or attach the digital form to an askUCL Enquiry.
- Erasmus + form (Arrival/Departure or attendance certificate)
The Student Enquiries Centre can sign this form for you.
Arrival forms can only be signed off once you are enrolled and after the attendance start date
Departure/Attendance forms can only be signed off once you have completed your course and the end date of registration has passed.

- 16-25 mature railcard applications
The Student Enquiries Centre can sign this form for you.
To be eligible, you should be in full-time study, attending college or University (in the United Kingdom) for 15 hours or more a week for at least 20 weeks a year.
You can apply online, and will need to complete the MATURE STUDENT APPLICATION FORM including the "Mature Students Only" section and forward the form to us, this should and also include a copy of your photo identity card or NUS photo ID. Address must be a London or UK address to be eligible.
Please note that students registered on part-time or distance learning courses may not be eligible.
Mature students in full-time education will need to prove eligibility each time to renew your Railcards.

- World Education Services (WES)
The Student Enquiries Centre can sign this form for you
Please complete section A of the form, including your WES reference number and send it via an askUCL enquiry. The Student Enquiries Centre team will then complete section B and send it to WES together with a statement of award.
