Online yoga as part of the 'You Are Not Alone' week

As part of the 'You Are Not Alone' week, why not join this Rice Yoga session organised by the Institute of Making. This Vinyasa Flow class will help to release tension from the back and shoulders with balances to focus your mind and twists to rinse it all out.

Victoria is an inclusive, friendly and enthusiastic yoga teacher who creates classes that are accessible to all. Her class style is a flowing practice, which emphasises moving with the breath and includes moments of meditation, play and challenge to leave the students feeling bold, balanced and refreshed.  

Victoria is an making enthusiast herself, and thinks yoga can be great for tapping into your creative side. She says; "the practice of yoga also makes us more open and receptive to different ways of thinking which in turn can help us find our creative flow".

Sign up to Thursday's class here. The class fee is £9 per person, or £6 for those who have been affected financially by the pandemic or are low income. The class is open to all at UCL.
