This workshop will provide you with exam techniques and strategies focusing on removing the stress that can be experienced during this time. The 90 minute session will take into account and discuss strategies to support yourself to prepare and complete exams online and working to your alternative assessment deadlines.

Our aim is to optimise your performance and enable you to manage any exam stress you may experience. During the workshop there will be the opportunity to ask questions.

Please note, places on this workshop are limited, so if you are unable to attend please ensure you cancel your ticket so that someone else can take your place.
