Focusing on breathing and awareness of each movement to be fully present in the moment, this class combines the practice of yoga with time for reflection and meditation, leaving you relaxed and revived!

Bikram Bains, Students' Union Project Active

Classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.

No previous yoga experience needed, but as classes are held remotely, please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.

Equipment: You’ll need enough space for a yoga mat, if you have one, and to be able move/swing your arms around when standing, as well as be able to stretch your arms out wide either side of you and overhead when lying down.  If you do not have a yoga mat, that’s ok you just need to find somewhere with carpet/a non slip rug. 

Joining Instructions: You’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app.   You do not need an account or subscription to use Zoom.  Once you’ve purchased your ticket, you’ll be emailed a link to join the class closer to the time.
