• One Desk provides a centralised point of contact for the PS Hub.

July/August 2024: MyServices rollout

MyServices is a new platform set to improve the experience of finding, requesting and interacting with professional services (eventually replacing the RemedyForce platform used by PS Hub/One Desk).

HR and IT services are now available in MyServices, in addition to most Finance queries. Remaining areas will join soon as part of a phased rollout. For more details, visit our SharePoint site.
