COVID-19 update

The Timetabling Team will continue to provide support to departments across the course of the academic year, now that teaching is underway. Where students have specific queries in relation to their timetable answers and information to frequently asked questions can be found here.

Most of the team are continuing to work from home which means some of our primary channels of communication will have changed. Should you require support in relation to CMIS amendments/queries then we would advise you to contact your Faculty's Timetabling Business Partner via e-mail. Further guidance, along with Business Partner contact details, can be found via the Timetabling Support web page. 

If you have an urgent query relating to timetabling then we would encourage you to contact your Business Partner via Microsoft Teams.

Our operating hours will remain the same (Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00).
