Grant Museum of Zoology

The Grant Museum of Zoology is one of the oldest natural history collections in the UK and is the last remaining university natural history museum in London. Home to 68,000 zoological specimens, the collection is a unique window on the entire animal kingdom. See our latest exhibition Displays of Power exploring decolonisation and empire in natural history collections.

Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology

The Petrie Museum is home to one of the greatest collections of ancient Egyptian and Sudanese archaeology in the world. You’ll find papyrus and stone fragments inscribed with hieroglyphics, ancient mummy cases and the treasures buried with them for the afterlife.

UCL Art Museum

Over 12,000 works of art make up the collections of UCL Art Museum, from the 1500s to the present day. See the Art Museum’s latest free display: Witnessing Terror: French Revolutionary Prints, 1792-94.

How we’re keeping you safe

In each of our museums we’ve installed sanitising stations, our staff will be wearing face coverings and we’ve temporarily removed any drawing materials and shared items. We’re keeping visitor numbers low and we’ve set-up one-way routes for you to follow.

In return, you need to wear a face covering inside our museums and when moving around the UCL campus (unless you are not able to for personal reasons).  As in other public spaces, you need to keep 2m away from other visitors and if you develop any symptoms of Covid-19 after your visit, please contact NHS Test & Trace.

Date and time - Every Wednesday from 23 September to 31 December 2020, 13:00 - 17:00
