Degree Certificates and Transcripts for completing students – Summer 2022

Degree documentation will be dispatched to students who were awarded at the Summer 2022 Exam Boards by the end of October 2022.

Please note: Degree documentation for late awards approved after 02 August 2022, will be dispatched by end October/early November 2022.

LSA Awards

The deadline for approval of results and awards from the LSA period is the 30 September 2022.  All awards approved by this date will be dispatched within 3 months of this date.

Home students’ degree documents are sent by 1st Class mail and overseas students’ degree documents are sent via DHL.

Verification Services

Students and third parties can use one of the following forms of verification of results/award whilst they await receipt of their official degree documentation: 

Statement of Award

Students can print a copy of their Statement of Award via Portico, or they can request one via askUCL. 

e-Transcript

Students can request an official copy of their e-transcript to be sent to a third party or directly to themselves.  An e-transcript provides official verification of results obtained and award.

Please note: the e-transcript does not include ‘interim’ results only marks that have been approved by a Main Exam Board.

HEDD Verification for Third Parties

Third parties can request verification of a student’s degree via HEDD.
