Our teams cover a range of administrative, support and governance activities across UCL. Find out more about our responsibilities and how to contact us.

Our division is made up of over 260 professional services staff with approximately 20 teams spread over our 5 departments and located across multiple sites on the UCL campus. Our primary face-to-face enquiry service for students is based in the Student Centre and should be the first point of contact for any student enquiries.

Education Services

We are responsible for policy and operations relating to institutional governance, committees, quality management and enhancement, casework and student success.

Student Operations

We are responsible for policy and operations relating to records management for taught and research students, examinations and assessments, timetabling, statutory reporting, Portico governance and training, student data quality and curriculum information management.

Access and Admissions

We co-ordinate access and outreach work, undertake admissions processing for some undergraduate, and all graduate and affiliate applications, and lead the administration of student funding, immigration compliance, and compliance with Prevent duties.

Student Support and Wellbeing

We provide information, advice and welfare support for all registered students in relation to disability, mental health, counselling, global opportunities and international student welfare, in addition to managing events and student enquiries for the division.

The Registrar's Office

We co-ordinate operations, projects and strategic planning for the division. This includes managing the SRS estate, undertaking financial planning, procuring equipment, managing communications and the digital estate, and co-ordinating human resources.
