Check the queue on the 600 MHz instrument (User ID: supervisor's initials)

Avance III 600 is equipped with a 5mm helium-cooled 1H/13C cryoprobe providing the highest in the UK sensitivity for 13C measurements. The sensitivity specifications are:
1H 3065 : 1, noise [200 Hz], 0.1% Ethylbenzene in CDCl3;
13C 2845 : 1, noise [40 ppm], ASTM, 40% dioxane, 60% C6D6.

There is also a conventional broadband probe (Bruker's Smart probe, with additional 19F capability) with the following sensitivity specifications:
1H  930 : 1 (noise [200 Hz], 0.1% Ethylbenzene in CDCl3);
13C 377 : 1 (noise [40 ppm], ASTM, 40% dioxane, 60% C6D6);
15N  48 : 1 (noise [2 ppm], 90% formamide in DMSO-d6);
19F  578 : 1 (noise [1 ppm], 0.05% TFT in CDCl3);
 31P 345 : 1 (noise [5 ppm], 0.0485 M Triphenyl Phosphate (TPP) in acetone-d6).

The instrument is used in an automated mode with a SampleCase+ sample changer for 1H, 13C and 2H. The BACS 60 sample changer shown in the picture below was replaced by SampleCase+ in June 2021.
