Solvent Suppression

Experiments, in which a single solvent peak is suppressed, usually include WATER in their names under IconNMR. These include Bruker's standard noesygppr1d sequence with presaturation during relaxation delay, perfect echo sequences, Dr Aguilar-Malavia's ROBUST sequence (good for observing exchanging NH or OH signals in water solutions, but decreases integrals between 3.8-5.8 ppm) and others.

As names suggest, DoubleSolventSuppression and TripleSolventSuppression experiments are used to suppress 2 and 3 signals of the highest intensity in 1H NMR spectra. These are identified by the au program governing the acquisition. In the case of the TripleSolventSuppression experiment, the number of suppressed signals can be increased by changing parameter L30 in the dropdown menu under IconNMR.
