A PSYCHE (Pure Shift Yielded by Chirp Excitation) experiment for suppressing the effects of homonuclear coupling in 1H NMR spectra is available for use under IconNMR on the 600 MHz instrument, with and without solvent suppression. The advantage of PSYCHE is that a single line for each proton environment is observed, thus identification of inequivalent sites in strongly overlapping spectra can be simplified.
