UCL Talent Bank (Shortlisting Service)

Introducing you to employers

Designed to put you directly in touch with small to medium sized organisations, we’ve set up a shortlisting service connecting UCL students, PhD researchers, and graduates with opportunities in organisations in a range of industries, including with UCL alumni.

We will actively source summer internship and graduate opportunities for potential UCL candidates and present shortlisted applications to employers.

All you need to do is set your MyUCLCareers account preferences (under the Profiel tab) to include your sector interests and type of opportunities you are interested in. You can also choose to get daily or weekly vacancy emails so that you receive in your inbox a digest of all the vacancies that match your preferences.

Alternatively you can search and apply for any of the jobs or internships in the UCL Managed Opportunities tab of MyUCLCareers

You will need to create a tailored cover letter and upload this with your CV for each opportunity you apply for.

Once you have applied we will contact you if you meet the appropriate skills and qualifications for the role (according to the employers' criteria) and will let you know if you have been shortlisted and your application is being sent to the recruiter. You will also be signposted to our advice and guidance services for further support.
