Rampion Windfarm public outreach success!
9 November 2018
Archaeology South-East were recently invited to be involved in a public outreach day for Rampion Wind Farm. We were thrilled by the popularity of the event, during which ASE discussed the onshore archaeology and brought a selection of artefacts for the public to handle.

On the 12th of June, ASE joined forces with Rampion personnel and archaeologists from Wessex Archaeology to present an overview of the onshore and offshore archaeological works carried out as the result of Rampion windfarm.
The evening was a great success, reaching full capacity for the venue. ASE staff archaeologists Garrett Sheehan and Dr Matt Pope both contributed to the series of talks on the evening, taking part in a joint presentation about the onshore archaeology, which was followed by informal discussion and questions.
