Disability support

UCL welcomes applications from disabled students. Our aim is to promote and implement an inclusive learning and teaching environment, allowing students to study as independently as possible during their time at UCL. This page provides information on the support available for students with learning difficulties, disabilities and long-term health conditions.

Move to the new Student Centre

Please note that the Disability, Mental Health and Wellbeing team will shortly be moving to the Student Enquiries Centre on Level 1 of the new Student Centre building.

This will take place in the week before the building's opening on Monday 18 February 2019.

The new Student Centre can be found at the following address, next to UCL's Bloomsbury Theatre: 27-28 Gordon Square, London WC1H 0AH

Drop-in sessions details are as follows:

  • Monday 11 February to Wednesday 13 February - drop-in takes place on level 3 of the IOE as normal
  • Thursday 14 February to Friday 15 February - drop-in takes place at 4 Taviton Street
  • Week commencing 18 February - drop-in takes place on Level 1 of the new Student Centre
  • Week commencing 18 February - the Disability, Mental Health and Wellbeing team will now be located to the right of the main Student Enquiries Centre.

New timings are as follows, starting from 18 February:

  • Monday - 2pm to 4pm
  • Tuesday - 10am to 12pm
  • Wednesday - 2pm to 4pm
  • Thursday - 10am to 12pm
  • Friday - 10am to 12pm
