Electronics

MSSL is unusual among university based scientific research centres in that it has the capabilities, in-house, to design, build and test the space flight instruments that provide the major part of the data on which the scientific research programmes are built. Consequently the Electronic Engineering Group (EEG) has been an essential part of the Laboratory ever since its formation in 1965.
