UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology celebrates success at UCL Sustainability Awards 2023

We're delighted to announce recognition of UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology's commitment to sustainability at UCL’s Awards ceremony, taking home all Gold awards.
The hybrid event held on July 12th 2023, celebrated the achievements of staff and students across UCL who are making a real contribution to the University’s sustainability agenda. Keynote speakers covered UCL's achievements, including increased engagement in Green Impact and LEAF, and UCL's leadership within the sector on sustainability:
- Aimie Chapple, UCL Vice-Provost (Operations).
- Professor Priti Parikh, UCL Associate Professor at the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management.
- Zihan Xuan, UCL final year Philosophy, Politics and Economics student.
- Jason Clarke, UCL Assistant Director of Sustainability.
This year’s Ceremony welcomed nominees and award winners from across UCL, including nominations for the Awards celebrating UCL’s outstanding sustainability champions, and the teams participating in Green Impact and LEAF.
The awards were made in recognition of the innovative best practice across the Institute, examples of which can be found on our Sustainability pages, and builds upon our success at previous awards.
