Information for students already living in UCL Accommodation, from fees and payments schedule and student well-being to catering options and complaints.

At UCL, we want you to feel at home. As a resident in UCL Accommodation, you can join weekly activities and events organised in your hall, as part of our residential life programme, Flourish. We also have Student Residence Advisers (SRAs), who are there to provide pastoral support, signpost residents to UCL support services, and help students settle into university life.

While living in UCL halls, residents are expected to:

  • Treat their fellow residents and accommodation staff with respect
  • Clean up after themselves and remove litter in communal areas
  • Keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 8am

UCL is committed to the wellbeing and safety of our students. There are many sources of support for students from Student Support and Wellbeing (SSW).

If you have concerns about a student's wellbeing or safety, please complete the Student of Concern form to notify SSW. Please provide as much information as you can in the form. If the student is seriously unwell, or you believe they are in immediate danger of hurting themselves or others, phone 999 or take them to the Accident and Emergency (A&E) department in the nearest hospital.

All UCL students can report bullying, harassment, and sexual misconduct. Students can report anonymously, or with their contact details.
