Outstanding living and learning facilities

Designed with academics and students

We have worked with our academics, students and the public to re-imagine what a university campus can be. At UCL East all our spaces and facilities are shared by faculties, providing a collaborative learning environment where different perspectives and great ideas collide, theory is turned into practice, and you can learn by doing. Sustainability and ecology are at the heart of our ways of working and our buildings. Surrounded by parkland and waterways, our UCL East campus is a living landscape that is welcoming, accessible and open to the public.

Study, work, live

Our new UCL East campus offers students the chance to study and live on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. One Pool Street includes apartments for more than 500 students, a cafe, shop, cinema, state of the art labs, workshops and studios as well as art installations and spaces for public activities. Our campus study spaces are opened to all UCL students whether based at UCL East or in central London.
