Students' Union at UCL East
Students’ Union UCL has an office based on our East campus (2nd Floor, Marshgate), ensuring students have full access to everything the Union has to offer. Alongside a variety of student support teams, the SU runs a variety of events at UCL East, with more hosted by our clubs and societies. From Campus Runs to Cheese and Wine Nights, there is something for everyone! You can even start your own club or society, just get in touch.

UCL Student Support & Wellbeing
UCL East has two Student Advisers to support you in your transition to university life. They are here as a first point of contact for you to chat to about any wellbeing, support or student experience questions you might have. They also run a variety of events, from Dog Therapy on Wellbeing Wednesdays to Stress Busting workshops during exam season.
UCL Careers
The careers team at UCL are here to help you find your future. The dedicated UCL East staff run regular consultations and events on campus; supporting you with writing your CV, finding an internship, and industry specific careers sessions to help you build professional networks and explore different sectors.
Digital Accessibility Hubs
Our East campus has two Digital Accessibility Hubs, one on the 1st Floor of One Pool Street and the other on the 2nd Floor of Marshgate. Digital Accessibility Hubs are dedicated IT workrooms for students with a disability or adjustments. They offer a range of in person support from training on accessibility software programmes to advice on accessing specialist equipment.

Student Accommodation at UCL East
Our East campus offers students the chance to study and live on the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. One Pool Street includes rooms for more than 500 students.
- 5 minute walk to the UCL East Marshgate building, London Aquatic Centre
- 10 minute walk to Westfield Stratford, London Stadium, V&A East, Sadler’s Wells East and BBC Music
- 25 minute walk to Hackney Wick or Victoria Park
- 25 minutes to central London on the Elizabeth Line
- 40 minutes to our Bloomsbury campus by tube
