How do we sustainably feed a global population? What does our breakthrough research into extracellular particles mean for the way we're treating diseases? At the June Spring into STEM session, our audience will discover how UCL researchers are using fermentation techniques to produce alternative proteins and how our cellular postal service can create biomarkers, to support diagnosis, treatment and improve wellbeing.
All 2024 Spring into STEM sessions will be underpinned by one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our expert speakers will discuss how Engineering can support SDG 3: Good Health and Wellbeing and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities.
