UCL East

Join the UCL East team in Stratford for a selection of Beat the January Blues events.

Staying safe near UCL East

Tuesday 23 January 2024, 11:00-17:00 (2nd Floor, Mezzanine Level, Marshgate)

As a part of the Beat the January Blues activities the Crime Prevention and Personal Safety Team will be on hand to talk about safe travel, whether you are out on foot or accessing public transport in Stratford, as well as giving tips and freebies to keep your bike safe (because cycling is a great way to see the sights and get some exercise in!). They will be answering your questions, busting some personal safety myths, and getting outside in the fresh air to visit some great places to go out, and talking safety whilst doing so.

There will be free refreshments on offer, so you can have a cup of tea or coffee whilst chatting. What better way to beat the January Blues.

No booking necessary, please just turn up!
