Student Funding Office closing dates

The Student Funding Office will be closed from 5:30pm on Friday 22nd December 2023 to 9:00am on Tuesday 2 January 2024. During this period the below resources may be useful.

General

Information about support available over closure periods is available on the Student Support and Wellbeing Services webpage. The Student's Union has a list of the support available to students during this time.
Citizens Advice can offer guidance on a wide range of issues including debt and money issues.
Toynbee Hall based in East London can offer free advice to people with debt problems.

Food banks

The Trussell Trust shows hundreds of food banks available nationally to help support people who cannot afford essentials for living.

Accommodation

Shelter and Crisis have useful advice for people facing homelessness.
Refuge provides support for women and children facing domestic violence.
