In this session, we will show you how to use the askUCL self-help centre and student enquiry system, to find quick answers to your questions about your studies and how to contact UCL’s support services.
At any point during your time at UCL, if you are not sure who or which team to contact, you can Log an Enquiry via askUCL and your specific question will automatically be directed to a staff member who will respond as soon as possible during normal working hours.
The askUCL Masterclass is for all students, at all levels of study, and we recommend you attend a session at the most convenient time for you.
