Virtual Drop-in Sessions
New support service for students!
On Tuesdays, we will be piloting a new real time chat service. This is a new service, so we will be limiting the number of students we can speak to at any one time. Our service hours will be:
- Tuesday 10am - 1pm: for registered students via ASKUCL
- Thursday 1pm – 4pm: for unregistered students via Microsoft Teams. You can access the live MsTeams chat by clicking this link
To chat to us on a Tuesday please log into askUCL and select the ‘Ask a Question’ option. Select one of the categories above and, if we are free, a chat box will appear!
We are looking forward to trialling this new service and hearing your feedback. During this pilot phase we are working with UCL's Disability IT Support Analysts to test and refine the accessibility of this new service. If you have any comments or questions about this please email askUCLhelp@ucl.ac.uk.
Remember that if you can’t chat to us you can use the FAQs to support you or simply log an enquiry.
